STACK Quick Start Assemblies - Division 3, ICF

Overview
STACK's Quick Start assemblies for ICF walls are designed for walls using 12"x48" blocks with optional continuous and vertical rebar. Options for 45 and 90 degree corners are available that also deduct standard blocks from that space.

03 Concrete

ICF Wall - Linear

Summary

There are five wall assemblies for different size blocks - 4", 6", 8", 10", and 12". They are identical except for the block item and amount of concrete calculated since wider blocks have more space inside.

Variables

• Wall Height In Feet

Used to calculate the area of the wall for blocks, continuous rebar and concrete.

• Vertical Rebar Spacing In Inches

Used to calculate the vertical rebar item if needed.

• Vertical Rebar Length In Feet 

Used to calculate the vertical rebar item if needed.

Required Items

These items will be automatically added to your takeoff:

• 4"/6"/8"/10"/12" ICF Block

Each assembly will have one of the five block sizes. The count is determined by the area of the wall.

• Concrete 

Calculated using the area of the wall and size of block.

Item Groups

Groups contain a selection of items to choose if needed:

• Vertical Rebar

Calculated using the Linear takeoff total and both vertical rebar variables.

• Continuous (Horizontal) Rebar

Calculated by multiplying the Linear takeoff total and the number of 16" courses.

ICF Wall 45/90 Corners - Count

Summary

There are five 45 degree corner assemblies and five 90 degree corner assemblies for different size blocks - 4", 6", 8", 10", 12". They are identical except for the block item and amount of area used to calculate standard block deduction.

Variables

• Wall Height In Feet

Used to calculate the the number of corner blocks and the number of standard block to deduct.

Required Items

• 4"/6"/8"/10"/12" ICF Block 

Each assembly will have one of the five block sizes. The count is determined by the area of the corner blocks.

• 4"/6"/8"/10"/12" ICF 45/90 Block

Calculated using the Count takeoff total and wall height.
