Library Permissions control how users create, manage, and access reusable content within STACK Takeoff & Estimate.
Libraries store standardized data such as takeoffs, items, assemblies, pricing, and labels that can be reused across projects.
IMPORTANT
Libraries are shared resources and may impact multiple projects.
Changes to library data update wherever that data is used.
Some library permissions depend on access to related features (such as estimates or takeoffs).
Users without cost access will not see pricing data in libraries.
Key Information
Library Permissions apply to all libraries within the account
Permissions can be granted or restricted using User Permissions
Some roles include library access by default
Libraries may be shared across projects depending on configuration
