Can voice-based tools help capture tasks and notes in StackCT workflows?

Hi everyone,

I’m exploring ways to reduce friction in day-to-day workflows when tasks, notes, or follow-ups come up during calls or discussions while working in StackCT.

Often, these action items are added later once we’re back at the keyboard, which can lead to missed details or extra admin work. I’m curious whether anyone here has looked into voice-based input as an additional way to capture information in real time.

Specifically, I’m wondering:

• Has anyone used voice or AI-driven tools to capture tasks or notes and then sync them into StackCT?
• Are there recommended integrations or best practices for quick capture when typing isn’t convenient?
• Which parts of StackCT workflows (tasks, notes, follow-ups) would benefit most from hands-free input?

We’re also experimenting with voice-first tools like Gennie to see how spoken input could fit alongside existing systems, but I’d love to learn from community experience or suggestions.
