Quickest Way to Work (Copy Template vs. Libraries)

I was going to have a blank project with any takeoff I might need in it, but I’m finding it’s cluttered. I’m leaning toward sticking all my takeoffs in my library and sucking them as needed for new projects. I thought this might be slower than deleting extraneous takeoffs, but just realized I can save tags to my library too.
I’m wondering what is everyone else doing before I go jumping off the “changing my workflow,” cliff.

I have seen some users create tags in their library and load up many takeoffs to the tag. In their future projects, they will add all the takeoffs pertaining to the tag to their local project by selecting the plus button next to the desired tag folder.
