Troubleshooting Slowness in STACK

When STACK is slow, lagging, crashing, or workflows aren’t behaving as expected, it’s often due to browser, device, or project-related issues.
Quick Wins (Try First)
- Log out and back in, refresh your browser, or restart your device.
Check Your Connection & Device
- Internet Speed: Aim for ≥ 20 Mbps download and ≥ 5 Mbps upload
- Device Age: Systems over \~4 years old may lag. Ensure your CPU and RAM meet requirements
Verify your Project Scope
Large projects may slow down performance. When experiencing slowness issues considering removing content from your project to fit the following guidelines:
- 500 plan pages (performance degrades near 5,000)
- 100 takeoff templates (degrades near 300)
- 1,000 measurements (degrades near 5,000
