Hi Craig Parker! The tablet functionality is support on iPad specifically. We do not have an app, but you can open STACK on a browser and use the touch functionality to draw.

Great Question Chance! This feature is not available to labels because label values are connected to individual measurements mixed between takeoffs whereas Tags are related to a whole Takeoff.
