Automatic Comments in Estimates
Is it possible that an item always populates the notes column in an estimate with something? I'm thinking maybe just having white vinyl siding in Stack, but I'd always want a note (for the siding, j-channel, sill trim, etc) saying MAKE SURE COLOR'S CORRECT, or some such.

Craig Parker, we don't currently have a way to set a default input for the “Notes” column in Estimates. If you're needing to have the same information for a specific Item, I'd suggest putting these in the Item or Takeoff description instead. Reminders entered into the descriptions are able to be reused by adding the Takeoff to your Takeoff Library for reuse or updating the Item in the Item library. Would this meet the use case you're describing?
