  Hey Jim Wilson, If you have all of the takeoffs visible that you want to change the scale on you can press CTRL+A and select everything visible on that page and then click the scale button and change it to the correct scale.

   

  As you can see in the photos, I changed the scale from ¼" = 1' to 1" =1' for multiple takeoffs on the page

  This is a common situation, and fortunately you don’t need to redo your takeoffs.

  If all the measurements on that page were done with the same incorrect scale, you can update them all at once:

  1. Open the plan sheet with the incorrect takeoffs.
  2. Click Edit in the Takeoff Toolbar, then choose Select All (or use Ctrl + A / Cmd + A).
  3. With everything selected, apply the correct scale:
     • If the correct scale already exists, just select it from the scale options at the bottom.
     • If not, click + New Scale and set the correct one.
  4. Click anywhere on the plan to apply it.

  This will update all selected measurements to the new scale automatically.
