Sharing and Protecting Projects
We would like to make template projects that have all of the company standard estimates, tags, labels and mark-ups prebuilt. Estimators could then copy that project for their own projects. How can I share a project with team members so that they can copy it, but not allow them to edit it?

Hi Walter,
Here’s an idea: I would keep the original template project private so that only you can make changes to it. Then, you can create a copy for each user and make that copy private as well, so that only you and that specific user have access to it.
This would help protect the original template from being edited while still allowing each estimator to work from their own copy.
